For rental carpet cleanings, the work isn’t any different than for any other home. However, the more information you provide when booking your rental carpet cleaning, the easier it will be to create a hassle free cleaning experience. Things to figure out ahead of your cleaning:
Why are you cleaning?
Is there a specific concern (odour, spots, etc.) that is driving the cleaning decision, or is it just a routine cleaning? Are you moving into or out of the home? Letting us know about specific concerns before cleaning can help us to ensure your expectations are met!
Who is going to be present for the cleaning?
If one person is booking the cleaning but someone else is going to be there while the carpet cleaning is happening, please let us know so that we have the correct site contact information for dispatching our cleaning technician on the day of cleaning!
Who is paying, and how?
Payment is due on completion of all of our services. If the person paying is not going to present for the cleaning, they can call in before the appointment to put a credit card on file for processing immediately after the cleaning. We do not accept cheques or cash.
Who needs a copy of the receipt?
We are paperless on site, but can email the cleaning order showing payment to whomever needs it for their records, just let us know the email address!
